No, a Barlow lens has no affect on chromatic aberration. Chromatic aberration is caused by the prismatic effect of the objective lens, so a Barlow lens in the optical train can't change that. If anything, it will make the chromatic aberration appear worse because of the greater magnification. Aries makes a device called a Chromacor which is installed in the focuser and corrects chromatic aberration, but this is a fairly expensive solution and only works with specific achromats, such as the Synta 120mm f/8.3.

what the others have said is true, except that the Barlow lens is stationary, it ups the magnification of an eyepiece. an erecting eyepeice makes the image the right side up, and usually magnifies it a bit more to.
they both go in the eyepiece hole and then the eyepiece goes into them.
