Birding Tips 2: Lens Cleaning
Like most birders, I only tend to think about cleaning my dirty binoculars when I am out in the field. The challenge, of course, is then how does one clean a binocular...

US $.01

1 goalie, 2 teams of 3. play only half the field. and just like basketball you gotta take it out to a pre-determined point.
unless you mean, painting lines and whatnot with 7 people, but thats just a dumb A$$ question.
the numbers represent your different zooms. 18-55 is the zoom of your lens. 18 is pretty wide and 55 is pretty much standard. However, your 18-55 on a D40 is really 27-82.5 with the 1.5x crop factor. this will be good for most standard shots you want to take of your family and friends. the 55-200 is a telephot zoom lens. Its for getting shots from further away. Imagine your at a baseball game, the 200 lens will alow you to make the players look bigger, like looking though binoculars.
Other lenses get mose specialized. wide angle lenses are great for some landscape shots. Faster primes or zooms are used for various sports events or portraits. Depends on your needs. Faster refers to the apature of the lens (your 18-55 is probaly an f 3.5-5.6 or something like that, I didn't look it up. The lower the f number the faster the lens, the better it is for lower light situations and the more expensive the lens is.)
I would take the 18-55 and then upgrade to a sigma 28-300 Image stabalized (IS) lens. That will most likely become your favorite all around lens, If the IS lens is to heavy, the non IS version is nice, cheaper and lighter. IT covers the most popular focal lengths and is a pretty sharp all around lens. I
quakers. We started with a quaker. Now we have three and a sunday conure. They are the perfect size, easy to train, and they have great personalities. They are also relativley inexpensive, if you get the green/grey quaker. In my life we've had Macaws, conures and quakers and the quakers have definatley been the most loveable, but also very strong-willed. Our conures, past and present, have been easy to handle and have been the clowns, they are extremely fun to have. The conure we have now, Pita, is very smart, and he makes us laugh everyday with his antics. We've had smaller birds in the past too, budgies and parrotlets. The budgies we never really formed strong bonds with like we have the bigger birds. The parrotlets were definatley cute and entertaining to watch play. The parrrotlets were also pretty easily trained. Out of all these different species we have had, I would definatley go with the quakers.

I love my job, but theatre is a tough business to break into. My advice is hone your entreprenuerial skills – and make friends The world is full of aspiring theatre directors. Some of them are young, some not so young. Some are already working in the theatre, others have yet to break into it. They all know, or think they know, that they want to try their hands at directing. Directors, they believe, have control and vision and authority. They choose the plays, the actors and the designers. They are central to the creative process of the theatre but never have to write a play, act a part or sweep a stage; they have the perfect job. Well, maybe they have. I love being a director. But the job is not as simple as it looks, and getting into the game can be a painful business. The problem is you can’t learn this complicated craft without doing it – yet no one will employ you unless you’ve already proved you have some aptitude for it. And you can’t direct all on your own. You need actors and…

Keep your dog inside your house. Dogs are considered pack animals. You are your dog's pack. That is why dogs belong inside the home with their people. If you have him for a pet, wouldn't he be a better pet with you. Try crate-training, if you can and that way, you can feel comfortable about him being inside the house. Otherwise, I suppose you could supply the birds with lots and lots of bird feed where ever the dog can't get at it. This would also provide amusement for your dog, watching the birds while he is out there. Maybe he likes the birds by his food, otherwise he would chase them away. Really – you already have the best bird deterant – the dog. So, why is there food left over if he is happy? Our dogs would eat anything we left for them, and all of it.
and i normally hold my eyes open form under the eyelashes if that makes sense

Hard to say without knowing what sort of feeder it is, or where you have it put up.
If you put it up too near the house, it may keep birds away, but only for a while.
Sometimes it takes a week or two for a number of birds to notice a new feeder, so be patient. They'll come.

Depends on what part of the notebook you want to clean? The inside screen wont last long if you use ammonia based products like Windex as that strips the coating off the glass and screen of the laptop. You want to use something MADE for cleaning screens like the one on your ever expensive, massive investment mac book pro!
I prefer and use Monster screen clean. you can get it at your local BB for $20.00 and it comes with a cleaner cloth that is super soft and has none of those harsh scratching qualities of paper towels. Screen clean is 100% ammonia free! Monster doesn't just make it to compete with Windex, there is a reason Monster is one of the top 5 names in audio/video.
You don't get a stadium named after you for not making products that work and that are tested and guaranteed. I went through the Monster classes when I worked at Radio Shack in college and kept up with it. I have met numerous Monster employees and the company is legit.
The outside of the notebook and the keypad are ok to use Windex as the housing wont be affected buy ammonia.
"Keep your big screen in pristine condition with this complete monitor cleaning kit. The advanced formula removes dust and fingerprints without streaks or stains. The reusable MicroFiber cloth won't scratch your screen." Good for other screens such as laptops, mobile phones, digital cameras and camcorders.
